Rules your team and your agents both follow
Tickets belong to an application, have a type, and move through stages you define. The rules you set — who owns what, where it starts, what Done requires — hold for the app, Slack, the API and every agent.
Every project knows what it is built with
A workspace holds applications: a website, web app, CRM, mobile app, API, MCP server, integration or internal tool. Each records its database, hosting, functions, frontend, backend, repository and notes — context your team and your agents stop having to ask for.
- Repository remote used to match coding agents to the plan
- Customer link for client work
- Intake default: Backlog, Todo or a Triage queue
Bug, change, feature, task — each with rules
Per application, each type can have a default owner, a starting stage and the stages it is allowed to use. A bug can land in Triage with your on-call developer; a feature can start in Backlog.
- Default owner fills only an empty assignee
- Allowed stages enforced on creation, change and project moves
- Saved views filtered by type
Done requires an owner, an estimate and closed blockers
New work sorts itself before anyone looks
Turn on a Triage stage and up to 20 ordered routing rules match the title or source — App, Slack, a meeting or a named agent — to set the owner and add labels. Then accept, snooze or resolve as a duplicate.
- Ready, snoozed and all views
- Snooze presets: 1 hour, 24 hours, 1 week
- Duplicate resolution with a reason
- 1If title contains “crash”→ R. Nakamura · bug, urgent-review
- 2If source contains “Slack”→ K. Osei · from-slack
- 3If source contains “Meeting”→ A. Marchetti · client
Done means done
Name custom stages per project under Triage, Backlog, Todo, In progress, In review, Done and Canceled. Limit which moves are allowed, and require an owner, an estimate, closed blockers or closed sub-issues before a ticket can close.
- Preview allowed moves, with the reason one is blocked
- Dependencies (blocked by) and sub-issues
- Estimates, priorities, due dates and up to 15 labels
- Has an owner
- Has an estimate
- Blockers closedPD-407 is In review
- Sub-issues closed
The same rules apply to the app, bulk edits, Slack, the API and agents.
See it your way, change it all at once
Saved views as a board or list, grouped by stage or owner, filtered by stage, type, cycle, milestone, labels or due date, sorted however you like — or dragged into a manual order. Select up to 100 tickets and change them together, all or nothing.
- Templates per workspace or project
- Workspace and project labels, colours and single-choice groups
- Comments, activity, a personal inbox and following
